Every year since the beginning of WATTS in 2010, our Bethel family has been tremendously supportive. It is a heartwarming week of lovingly serving the area’s homeless community. This requires a significant commitment from all of us, embodying our ELCA motto “God’s work. Our hands.”
We hope you will consider giving of your time as a volunteer and/or contributing food and supplies for the week (please see the signups below).
We are also collecting gently used clothing, especially cold weather items. Larger sized sweatshirts, sweatpants, jeans, coats, and sweaters are more desirable, but we can always use women’s clothing as well.
If you would like to contribute your talents to a special activity for our guests (“Activity Team” in the signup), such as chess, manicures/pedicures, and massages (or other activity ideas you might have) please reach out to WATTS co-leader, Elizabeth Ferris at eaferris.wm@gmail.com.
